Amicabre Travel Services Limited is a Tours and Transport Company dully incorporated under the Company’s Act (CAP486) law of Kenya since 2002, licensed under the Ministry of East African Affairs, commerce and Tourism, licensed under National Transport & Safety Authority (NTSA), permitted to operate under the Nairobi County government (CCN), members of the Federation of Kenya Employers, members of the Kenya Tourism Federation, and members of the Kenya Association of Tour Operators.

Our Company is fully registered by Kenya Revenue Authority and has fulfilled its obligation to file relevant returns and pays taxes due as provided by the law

Who Amicare Is

An important business property that we value is diversity; hence customers can find all their travel needs under one roof such as Hotel reservations, Short excursions, budget, luxury and exclusive safaris, Mountaineering, Beach holidays, Transfers/Shuttle service, Car hire, Air ticketing to domestic, regional and international destinations, Meet and greet service at all major airports within East-Africa.
In addition to the above, we organise special events such as conferences, weddings and special interest tours. However if one of our standard packages does not suit, a personalized tour package can be assembled by our consultants.
Since Kenya is gifted with an incredible amount and multiplicity of wildlife species and splendid locations for leisure, we can present many different holidays. Nevertheless we try to innovate our offer.

We have a wide range of various capacity vehicles 62 seater buses, 57 seater luxury buses, 52 seater buses, 33 seater buses, 25-seater mini buses, 9-seater mini vans, 7 seater VIP mini vans, 4x4s and saloon cars. Apart from being in excellent condition, our vehicles have good ground clearance and are all fitted with 2 way VHF communication gadgets and radios.

In the event of an accident or incident, response is within reasonable time with a mobile rescue unit and a Mechanic available round the clock. Security being of essence, the fleet is fitted with a real-time GPS 24-hr fleet management and tracking system which enables monitoring at all times. The system is able to generate instant, accurate and reliable reports as and when required. Our fleet is ready for engagement within short notice and we have provision for strong back up should need arise. This is made easy by the fact that we have a large pool of vehicles, available at any given time on a 24-hour basis.
