Our Control Room operates around the clock, using GPS tracking and fleet management systems to monitor the location, speed, and status of every vehicle in our fleet. This ensures timely dispatch, optimized routing, and swift response to any incidents on the road.
Equipped with modern communication tools, our Control Room maintains constant contact with drivers, field teams, and clients. This allows for quick updates, route changes, and immediate handling of emergencies or delays.
The Control Room is responsible for scheduling and coordinating trips across Kenya and the region. Whether it’s a safari tour, airport transfer, or corporate assignment, the team ensures all logistics are in place for smooth execution.

Our in-house training sessions for drivers, tour guides, and administrative staff are conducted at the Main Office. These regular sessions ensure our teams stay informed, skilled, and aligned with industry best practices.
