OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTRE – JKIA OFFICE

Our 24/7 Control Room is the nerve center of our operations, equipped with advanced GPS tracking and fleet management systems. Every vehicle in our fleet is continuously monitored for location, speed, and status, enabling timely dispatch, optimized routing, and rapid response to any incidents on the road. This real-time oversight guarantees efficiency, safety, and reliability for our clients.

Beyond monitoring, the Control Room also manages the scheduling and coordination of trips across Kenya and the wider region. From safari tours and airport transfers to corporate assignments and special events, our team meticulously plans every detail to ensure seamless logistics and smooth execution of each journey.

 HEAD OFFICE & WORKSHOP – AMICABRE CENTRE

Located along North Airport Road behind Transami

All core departments — including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and Procurement — are housed at the Main Office. This centralized setup ensures seamless coordination and effective decision-making across the organization.

Our training & refresher sessions for drivers, tour guides and administrative staff are conducted at our In – House training Centre. These regular sessions ensure our teams stay informed, skilled, and aligned with industry best practices.
